Nikon D7100 35mm f/1.8: M - 1/80 - ISO 1600 - 35 mm - f/1.8 - w/o flash

This is my first pic of the blog. After lot of studying various pictures I took using my first DSLR, which is Nikon D7100, I chose this as the winner. I don't know why. But I feel this is is one of the few beautiful pics I took. 

But surprisingly, when I put this on Flickr contest, I got only 4 votes. Well other pictures were more beautiful. Mine is also a beauty, if you don't consider some noise in the picture due to high ISO.

Now a little about the shoot:-

This was found along the boardwalk of Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. I took this pic on 23rd Feb 2014, when I bought my 35mm f/1.8 DX Nikkor Lens. You can say this as my first pic using that lens. It turned out beautiful. However had to do some cropping in PS to remove unwanted buildings that came along.
